These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Plan4U app (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plan4U offers an optional auto-renewing premium subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

Promo codes

We may offer promo codes that unlock premium features for a limited time. Promo codes are free, may be single-use, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or revoked at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt the service, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to store or share unlawful content. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you create (events, tasks, comments). You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that content to operate the App and deliver it to people you choose to share with.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed reminders, lost data, or interruptions of service.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
