Privacy Policy

Tap Faster | Multiplayer — Effective date: July 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Tap Faster | Multiplayer ("the App", "we") handles your information.

Information We Collect

The App collects only the minimum data needed for its online features:

Anonymous account identifier. When you use online features, the App creates an anonymous account via Firebase Authentication. This identifier is random and is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identity.

Nickname. A display name you choose yourself. It is shown to other players in online matches and on the global leaderboard. Please do not use your real name if you prefer to stay anonymous.

Country code. The country/region configured in your device settings (for example, "US"). It is used only to display a flag next to your nickname on the leaderboard. We do not collect your precise or approximate location.

Gameplay data. Tap counts and best scores for online matches and the global leaderboard.

The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any health or financial data.

How We Use Information

The data above is used solely to operate the App's features: matching you with an opponent in online battles, displaying live scores during a match, and showing the global leaderboard. We never sell this data.

Advertising

The free version of the App shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). To serve, measure and protect these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process device and usage information, including your IP address, device identifiers such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), device and operating-system characteristics, coarse location derived from your IP address, and data about ad views, clicks and crashes. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing. See Google's Privacy & Terms and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

App Tracking Transparency. On iOS the App asks for your permission before using the IDFA for personalised advertising. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised using that identifier. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. If you are in one of these regions, the App presents a Google-certified consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before any ad is requested, and you may consent to or refuse personalised advertising. You can reopen this form at any time from the App's profile screen under "Ad privacy settings".

Removing Ads

The App offers in-app purchases that remove all advertising: an auto-renewing monthly subscription and a one-time "forever" purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never receive or store your payment details. When ads are removed, no advertising SDK data is collected. Players who bought the App while it was a paid download keep it ad-free at no additional cost.

Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Realtime Database and Authentication), hosted in the European Union (europe-west1, Belgium). Firebase is operated by Google LLC. You can read Google's privacy documentation at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Online match rooms are temporary. Your leaderboard entry (nickname, country code, best score) is kept so the leaderboard works. Local records (such as your solo best) are stored only on your device and can be removed by deleting the App.

To request deletion of your leaderboard entry and anonymous account, contact us at thewayprod1@gmail.com. We will process requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only user-provided data is a self-chosen nickname. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a nickname, contact us and we will remove it.

Your Rights

Depending on your region (including under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
