Recording a call on speaker

Call from a second phone or tablet, turn on the speaker and place it next to the iPhone with Tellbook. Calls on the same iPhone can't be recorded: iOS pauses the microphone during a call.

The recording was interrupted

Tellbook saves the recording every second. If the app closes unexpectedly, open it again — the Library will offer to save the interrupted recording.

Text didn't appear

If speech recognition isn't available for the language on your iPhone, the voice is still saved. Open the chapter to type the text or tap “Try speech recognition again” later.

Restore the purchase

Settings › Restore purchase. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be shared with Family Sharing.

Export everything

Settings › Export the whole archive creates a ZIP with all voices, texts, transcripts and photos.
