Gentle nudge, calmer hands.
During a session you start yourself, Nudgo on your Apple Watch notices when your hand moves toward your hair, face or mouth and stays there, and plays a gentle haptic so you can notice the moment and choose what happens next. The iPhone app shows your day, patterns over time and calm things to do with your hands instead.
No. Apple Watch apps only get motion data during a session. Nudgo works only while a session you started is running, and it ends when the time is up or when you end it.
Sessions longer than an hour run as a Mind & Body workout — the only way an Apple Watch app can keep running that long. Nothing is saved to Health unless you turn that on in Settings.
In Settings, change Sensitivity and Hold (how long the hand has to stay before a nudge). Marking a nudge as a false alarm also teaches Nudgo your personal movements. Recalibrating takes about a minute.
No. Motion is processed on your watch and never leaves your devices. See the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nudgo Pro. Restore Purchases is on the paywall and in the app's Settings.
No. Nudgo is a mindfulness tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace working with a specialist.
